There are around 1.2 million carers aged 65 and over in England and this rate is increasing.You may not have time to socialise with friends, colleagues and family. This can have a negative impact on your mental health leave you feeling lonely and isolated.

Whether you're feeling lonely all the time or it's a feeling that comes and goes, it's important to take steps to break isolation.
