Login to your Library Account
Login to renew your books, reserve books, cancel reservations and change your PIN.
Your Library PIN
You will need your PIN (personal identification number) in order to renew your books, log into your account or borrow eBooks. Your PIN is automatically set to be the day and month or your date of birth, i.e. 1st January 2000 = 0101.
If you are having trouble logging in, please speak to staff at your local library.
To change your PIN, Log in to your Account and select the 'Change PIN' tab, confirm your existing PIN and enter a new PIN.
Update your details
If you have changed your phone number or email address, please let us know by using the update your details form.
If you have moved house or need to change your home address details, please speak to staff at your local library and please bring along proof of your new address (i.e. utility bill addressed to you).
If you would like to sign up to receive email reminders when your items are due for return or renewal, as well as when your reservations are ready to collect, please update your account details.
You will receive reminders 5 days and 2 days before your books are due for return or renewal, as well as if they become overdue.
