Our job is to make sure that the Council excels at people management and we do this through the following three areas:

- The development of strategies, policies and initiatives that enable us to maximise the contribution of our people to the achievement of the Council's short and long terms goals.
- Making Worcestershire County Council a great place to work by improving our performance as an employer.
