Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2022 [Experimental Restriction of Waiting on Comer Road, Worcester]

On 28 April 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order which will restrict waiting Monday - Friday 9 am - 4 pm on the following lengths and sides of road in Worcester: -

Comer Road (East side) from a point 52 metres north of its junction with Lapal Close to a point 14 metres south of its junction with Comer Avenue (West side) from a point 22 metres south of its junction with Oldbury Road for 220 metres in a southerly direction.

The Experimental Order will come into operation on 12 May 2022 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

The Experimental Order has been made to allow an assessment of the effect of the Order before a decision is taken to make it permanent.  If you wish to object / make representations about the Order being made permanent you must do so in writing to me at County Hall or email; by 12 November 2022 specifying the grounds on which they are made.
