Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2021 [Prohibition of Waiting on Geneva Close, Worcester]
On 9 September 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Worcester: -
Geneva Close (west side) from a point 170m south of its junction with Old Northwick Lane around the turning head to a point 170m south of the junction on the east side.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
The Order will come into operation on 30 September 2021.
