Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2021 [Experimental Restriction of Waiting on A44 Bromyard Road, Worcester]
On 19 August 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order the effect of which will restrict waiting Mon–Sat 7am–7pm on the following lengths and side of road in Worcester: -
A44 Bromyard Road (north side) from a point 21m east of its junction with Comer Road, for a distance of 11m in an easterly direction; from a point 15m east of its junction with Knight Street, for a distance of 15m in an easterly direction; from a point 37m east of its junction with Knight Street, for a distance of 83m in an easterly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 9 September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
