Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2021 [Experimental Restriction of Waiting on A44 London Road, Worcester]
On 12 August 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order the effect of which will restrict waiting Mon–Sat 7am–7pm on the following lengths and side of road in Worcester: -
A44 London Road (south side) from a point 16m west of its junction with Foxwell Street, for a distance of 71m in a westerly direction, (north side) from a point 13m east of its junction with Fort Royal Hill, for a distance of 37m in an easterly direction.
The Experimental Order will come into operation on 2 September 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
