Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2021 [Experimental Prohibition of Waiting on C2276 Shavers End and Reynolds Lane, Dunley/Abberley]

On 25 February 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Experimental Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Dunley/Abberley: -

C2276 Shavers End (both sides) from its junction with the A451 westwards to a point 35.5 metres west of its junction with Reynolds Lane.

Reynolds Lane (west side) from its junction with the C2276 for a distance of 47.5 metres in a northerly direction; (east side) from its junction with the C2276 for a distance of 43 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order contains exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

The Experimental Order will come into operation on 18 March 2021 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.
