NOTICE OF DECISION TO GRANT PLANNING PERMISSION FOR PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT OF AN ENERGY AND RESOURCE PARK AT LAND TO THE REAR (SOUTH AND EAST) OF LIBERTY ALUMINIUM FOUNDRY, STOURPORT ROAD, KIDDERMINSTER, WORCESTERSHIRE, DY11 7QE
Worcestershire County Council ('the Council') hereby gives notice that on 29 September 2021 they granted planning permission for the above development, which is development requiring an Environmental Impact Assessment for the purposes of the above Regulations.
A statement by the Council containing i) information regarding the right to challenge the validity of the decision and the procedures for doing so; ii) the reasoned conclusion of the County Planning Authority on the significant effects of the development on the environment; iii) any conditions to which the decision is subject which relate to the likely significant environmental effects of the development on the environment; iv) a description of any features of the development and any measures envisaged in order to avoid, prevent, reduce and, if possible, offset, likely significant adverse effects on the environment; v) any monitoring measures considered appropriate by the County Planning Authority; vi) the main reasons and considerations on which the decision is based, including information about the participation of the public; and vii) a summary of the results of the consultations undertaken, and information gathered, in respect of the application and how those results have been incorporated or otherwise addressed, can be viewed online at: www.worcestershire.gov.uk/eplanning using the application reference: 20/000034/CM.
