Children's ActivitiesFacebook Advent Calendar and competition - This year Wythall Library and Woodrush High School are holding a competition and advent calendar combined! Every day from Thursday 1 December up to and including Christmas Eve we will be posting an advent photo featuring a book and a question. Collect an answer sheet from Wythall Libraryand fill in the answers to the questions each day! Hand in your completed answer sheet by Saturday 7 January 2023 and all correct entries will go into a prize draw. The winner will be notified on Monday 9 January 2023. Suitable for under 16s. Monday Baby Bounce and Rhyme (held downstairs) Every Monday at 10am. a free half hour session full of songs, rhymes, movement and sensory activities all aimed at babies aged between 0-16 months (approx.) and their carers. No need to book, just turn up. TuesdayStorytime. Every Tuesday from 11am to 11:30am. WednesdayStory, Song & Rhyme (held downstairs): Every Wednesday at 10:30am – a free half hour session featuring songs, rhymes, dancing, stories and sensory fun aimed at toddlers, pre-schoolers and their carers. Jigsaw Puzzle Exchange: Every Wednesday from 10:30am to 12:30pm. FridayLego Club: Every other Friday from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. SaturdayStorytime: Every Saturday from 11am to 11:30am. Lego Club: Every Saturday from 11am to midday. Board Games Club: Every Saturday from 10:30am to midday. Join us for a morning of board games to suit all ages - with games available from 2 players plus. There will be an optional squash and biscuit for £1. Children must be accompanied by an adult. |
