Focused Improvement Plan (FIP)
In Early Years, the Focused Improvement
Plan (FIP) is written in response to areas identified during the
self evaluation process. Specific actions are planned to address
improvement over a realistic timescale, matched to the resources
available, and staff responsibility is allocated to these
actions. FIPs are living documents and it is important to
monitor the progress of the plan.
