Local Artist Exhibition 1st – 31st March 2014 Come along and appreciate landscape, seascape and locomotive art painted by local artist Ray Green. All paintings are available to buy.

Bromsgrove Stroke Association

Tuesday 4th March 2014 between 9.30am – 1pm and 2.00pm - 4.30pm

Come along to this drop in session to gain advice on stroke prevention, healthy eating and find out more about the valuable support they offer. They will also be offering Blood pressure checks.
Wythall Library - Community Safety Event Saturday 22nd February 2014, 2.00pm – 4.00pm Come along and speak to Bromsgrove Community Safety Team. They will be offering home safety advice in conjunction with local Police and offering home safety checks.

Worcestershire County Council archaeologist Justin Hughes will be visiting Wythall Library. He will be talking about the archaeology and history represented in Wythall Library's current exhibition about the Butts. He will also bring along some original documents and artefacts ( flint/pottery) Please contact the library to book your place. Charge of £1.00. Suitable for all ages
Beyond The City Wall Exhibition at Wythall Library Until 28th February 2014

Discover the history of The Butts (now the site of Worcester's Hive Library) and learn about the people who lived and worked there over the centuries. Try on costumes from Roman, Tudor, Regency and Victorian era's or become a time detective and go on a mission to track down the facts in the exhibition.

Courses - German, Jewellery and Beginners IT

Wythall & Hollywood Country Market Every Saturday from 2.00pm  
Jigsaw Swaps  Available every day. Please ensure that any jigsaws that are donated are complete and the pieces have been sealed in a plastic bag.  No jigsaw needed for first timers! 
Wythall Writers Group  Second Thursday in the month from 7.00 - 9.00 pm   
Wythall Forum   Once a month on the 1st Monday of the month For various and interesting talks 
Wythall and Hollywood Ladies Group   Meets the last Wednesday in the month at 8.00 pm   
Age UK, Outreach session 10.00 -12.00 noon on the 3rd Wednesday of the month Age UK are holding outreach sessions at Wythall Library

The Reading Story Lollipops

We meet on the 3rd Friday of each month from 3 to 4pm.

The ages are from 7-8 to 14-15. Please contact the library or staff for more details.

Books Together The next course will be running at Alvechurch Library from the 2nd May 2014

Books Together Courses for parents of 2-5 year olds (children stay with parents during the 5 week course)

Baby Bounce and Rhyme Sessions will be on Mondays from 10.30 -11.00 am (except Bank Holidays) throughout the year  Calling all babies aged 0-24 months, parents and carers.  Enjoy singing and  action rhymes with your baby. 
Storytime 11.00 - 11.30 am every Saturday throughout the year For all children aged 0 - 5 years old. No need to book a place just come along and join in the fun – lots of stories and activities!
