Making Bread At Home
Bread At Home aims to promote home bread making by teaching you
how to make your own additive-free bread in our relaxed bread
Baking your own bread can be one of the most enjoyable things
once you know how to do it. Avoid buying bags of bread mix
and special bread making ovens.
This workshop is an introduction to bread making where you
will learn how to knead dough to produce a good, well textured
loaf. You will make flat breads and pizzas with Janice
guiding you along the way. Janice will demonstrate how to use
these techniques to make a basic loaf of bread.
A light lunch is included and the workshop will run from
10:00am to 2:00pm.
