The voice of the child is important to us and we are developing a range of feedback opportunities for children, young people, parents and carers so that we can gather their views and experiences and use these to improve and develop our practice.

One of the ways we can improve our service to you is to understand whether our involvement has been helpful to you or not.  When we have got it right, we can build on this to ensure our staff work to get it right for more families and children. When we have got it wrong, it is important that we know so that we can learn from this and change what we do so that we get it right more often.
