School Improvement

School improvement

Our work in education

Our vision is that children and young people get the very best start in life; an inspiring education that shapes their future for the better. We work closely with maintained schools, academies, Teaching School Alliances, local authorities, regional and central government.

We have been commissioned by Worcestershire County Council to deliver a strategy for school improvement in Worcestershire schools. We aim to bring about a rise in standards, such that results for schools in Worcestershire are above the national average in each age phase.

Helping you deliver high quality education

The curriculum is at the heart of education, helping pupils develop a deep body of knowledge, supporting pupils’ life chances by minimising inequality and building the appropriate skills to increase an individual’s capacity to perform.

We can help you to evaluate whether your curriculum is well connected, demonstrates ambitious progression and has the depth and breadth to effectively meet the learning and development needs of all pupils.

We support schools through all key stages with:

  • curriculum review and design
  • teaching pedagogy
  • assessment
  • effective teaching and learning
  • pupils’ reading and writing
  • subject support including PHSE
  • developing and increasing pupils vocabulary
  • pre and post Ofsted
