Mental Health Support
We understand there is a lot to take in during these difficult times. You may be feeling anxious or stressed about Coronavirus and the affects it’s having on you, your family and friends or even your community.
Know, you are not on your own and there is support here for you – Just follow the link.
If you have Coronavirus symptoms or have tested positive, you MUST self-isolate.
Self-isolation is not like lockdown. You mustn’t leave your home for any reason… no, not even for pizza. Don’t be a #Covidiot.
A positive test means you must self-isolate for 10 DAYS
If you live with someone who has tested positive, you must self-isolate for 10 DAYS.
Symptoms and booking a test
Current symptoms of Coronavirus are:
- a high temperature
- a new, continuous cough
- loss or change in sense of taste or smell
If you have any of the above symptoms you must book a test and self-isolate for 10 DAYS.
If your symptoms have cleared after the quarantine period, you may leave the house – If you still have symptoms or they have gotten worse, you should continue to self-isolate.
All the people you live with should self-isolate for 10 DAYS.
Covid-19 Support in the BAME Community
BAME communities are at greater risk of becoming very sick from Covid-19. In particular, Black men and women are nearly twice as likely to die from the virus. We need to understand why so we can help save lives.

We know visiting family or going travelling is super appealing, but the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FOC) currently advises against travelling abroad unless it is essential.
If you have to travel abroad, you MUST self-isolate for 10 DAYS on your return to the UK
