Whether you are new to the sector or have decades of experience, ITEC 2018 will help you address the issues you face today and prepare for the opportunities and challenges ahead in the care sector.
The International Technology Enabled Care (ITEC) Conference is taking place on October 16th & 17th at the ICC in Birmingham - http://itecconf.org.uk/ - with over 850 delegates expected and over 55 exhibitors the conference features a wide range of speakers from across the technology enabled care sector and presentations from a number of local authorities and CCGs on their approaches to better use of technology; we have plenary presentations from around the UK, including the Minister for Care Services, Caroline Dinenage, and ADASS President, Glen Garrod. This year's event, connecting People, Improving Lives - A Digital Future for Technology Enabled will be chaired by TSA President, the Rt Hon Paul Burstow, former Minders of State for Care Services.
The objective is to have as many commissioners attending as possible, particularly as overall knowledge of technology enabled care for commissioners continues to be mixed and there will be plenty of good practice examples on display to support their learning and awareness; there are therefore free delegate places for all commissioners across social care, health and housing. To secure your free one or two day pass register online via http://www.itecconf.org.uk/registration (Enter the booking code iTEC2018/Commissioner once prompted).
