Evesham Library reopened on Monday April 25 following a two week closure to carry out library improvements.
The re-opening marks the completion of a building project which has seen the relocation of the Evesham Connect service from its old premises to Evesham Library.
To celebrate the completion of the building work and to welcome Connect Evesham into the Library, two celebration days will take place in the library on Friday May 6 and Saturday May 7. Melody Monkey Singalong and Story sessions will be run on both days and other activities for children will be available along with tours of the new library space for all.
Jodie Ford, Evesham Library Manager said: "We are really grateful to all our library users for bearing with us, while this work has been going on. We're really pleased with the results and we look forward to welcoming everyone back in to take a look."
During the closure library users were able to use any Worcestershire library or visit our website at www.worcestershire.gov.uk/librariesandlearning to join the library, renew loans, make reservations, download ebooks and audio books and access online reference sources.
