Families in for a fright at Hallowe'en workshops

Five Worcestershire libraries are offering Hallowe'en workshops for families.

Across the week beginning Monday 19 October, Woodrow, Droitwich, Wythall and Rubery libraries are giving families the chance to learn Hallowe'en face painting, and Evesham Library is delivering a Hallowe'en special effects makeup workshop on Tuesday 27 October.

Meanwhile, families can learn about local ghost stories at Local Ghost Legends, to be held at Evesham and Droitwich Libraries on 28 October.

Councillor Lucy Hodgson, Cabinet Member for Localism and Communities, said: "Libraries are great places to learn and great places to have fun. I think it's fantastic that our libraries are helping people to enjoy Hallowe'en."

Prices for these events vary. To book, or for more information, visit https://capublic.worcestershire.gov.uk/coursebookingpublic/ or contact your local library.
