Dragon Fun at Worcester Library

Families across the City are being invited to attend a series of events taking place next weekend at St Johns Library. (10 October).

Fiery Dragons Family Fun Time, will run between 10am and 12 noon on Saturday 10 October. Children between the ages of three and nine years will be able to make their own fiery dragons, knights in armour and fairy-tale princesses at the free craft event.

The day also coincides with the Summer Reading Challenge Awards Ceremony. Where the library will welcome the Mayor of Worcester, Councillor Roger Knight, to award this year's Record Breakers Summer Reading Challenge successors. Participating children who completed reading six books will receive a medal and certificate from the Mayor. The ceremony takes place at 10 am.
