Worcestershire Achieves and Archaeology Service based at The Hive are offering residents the opportunity to start a new research project this Autumn.

The popular Family History course is once again being offered as part of their wider learning programme.

The two part workshops offer attendees help to get started with the basic principles, including where to look, and how to get access to the information needed.

Paul Hudson, Outreach manager, said, "Family history is fascinating, but often people don't know where to start. These workshops will help explain what to do and how to get started here in The Hive, where we have the expertise and resources to help".

Some researching on the internet will be used, so attendees should feel comfortable using one. Places are £15 and need to be booked in advance.

Dates available are Tuesday 29th September and 6th October or Saturday 10th October and 17th October.
