Residents of Pershore are being encouraged to visit their local library this Bank Holiday Monday and take a trip down memory lane as they take a look back at Pershore during the towns Plum Festival.
A Plum Festival exhibition of old photographs of people and places will be on display at Pershore library from Monday August 31 until the end of September to celebrate the Plum Festival in times gone by. Visitors will be able to look at Pershore's past and see how the town and festival have changed over the years. There will also be an opportunity to share memories and stories of Pershore and the festival on Bank Holiday Monday between 10am and 4pm.
Library manager Emma Powell, said: "We are delighted to be having this exhibition of Pershore People and Places in the Library to celebrate the Plum Festival. Everyone is welcome to come along and have a look at Pershore's past and see how it has changed over the years and talk to us about their memories and stories"
