On Sunday 4 October (11am-5pm) the County Museum at Hartlebury Castle will be hosting a fashion show with a twist and is on the lookout for stall holders and vintage fanatics to take part.

The day will include a fashion show, organised by choreographer Nicci Forte from the Vintage Vanity shop in Stourport-on Severn, which will showcase vintage fashions from the 1920s through to the 1960s.

Display and mini-exhibitions will also include a private collection of antique hat pins, fans and dress pins, some beautiful replica 18th century royal clothing and a small display of vintage cars.

The museum also hopes to have a number of vintage stalls, allowing people to browse and purchase items of clothing and accessories. Pippa Ashmore, event organiser, is very keen to hear from any retail outlets, businesses or individuals who would like a stall at the event.

Event organiser, Pippa Ashmore said: “We are very excited to be hosting such a fantastic event in the atmospheric Great Hall of the Castle. As this is a new event for us here at the museum we are looking for any stallholders or businesses who may wish to take part and we are open to suggestions for other displays or attractions that may add to this celebration of all things vintage.'
