Bromsgrove born author Rebecca Tope is giving a talk at Bromsgrove Library on Wednesday, 29 April, at 2pm.
Rebecca is one of the UK's best-selling crime authors. Revenge in the Cotswolds is her latest book, part of the Cotswold Mysteries series.
She is also the author of the West Country Mysteries and the Lake District Mysteries and 'ghost writer' of the novels based on the ITV series Rosemary and Thyme.
Rebecca will be talking about the inspiration behind her writing, answering questions and signing books. Tickets cost £2.50 and include tea or coffee and a cake.
Nicki Hitchcock, Library Manager, said: "Author talks are always really popular and we are really pleased we have been able to book Rebecca partly because she is local but also because we know that our readers really enjoy her books. Rebecca's books, many of which are also available as e-books, are always out on loan so we are expecting a great turnout."
Tickets are limited and available on a first come first served basis in person at Bromsgrove Library, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01905 822722.
