People can delve into their family history at The Hive next month.
Starting Family History workshops are taking place at the Worcester city centre venue on February 8, 15 and 22 between 2-4pm.
The workshops are being run by the Worcestershire Archive and Archaeology Service.
Paul Hudson, Outreach Manager with the service, said: "Family history is fascinating but often people don't know where to start.
"These workshops will help explain what to do and how to get started here in The Hive, where we have the expertise and resources to help."
Family History is very popular however many people intend to start tracing their relatives and make a start but are often not sure where to begin or where to look and give up.
The Archive and Archaeology Service has been helping people get started with their family history for years, offering advice and tips, and in this three-part workshop, participants will be shown how to begin, what sources to look at and where to look.
Participants who sign up should be familiar with using computers as some searching will be done online.
Places are £20 and need to be booked in advance.
