Mini Music Fest at St John's Library

St John's library is inviting young readers and musicians to a Mini Music Fest.

The festival has a range of activities that are great fun for young people, and runs from Saturday 21 to Monday 23 October.

Kate Holford, Library Manager, said: Come along to St John's library and join in the fun with our sessions which are great for young people interested in music and crafts.  The events are all free of charge and all the materials will be provided. We'd love for you to come and enjoy our Mini Music Fest with us!"

Saturday 21 October 2017 - Music Making Family Funtime

10.30-11.15 am: Join us to make your very own musical instruments.

11.15am-12 noon: Become a member of a St John's Library mini-orchestra using the instruments you have made

Monday 23 October 2017

10.30-11am: Come along to our Bounce and Rhyme Session to explore sounds, rhythm and music.

11am-12noon: Have fun making your own junk model musical instruments.

Friday 27 October 2017

10.30-11am: Join us for an interactive musical inspired songs and storytelling session.
