Catshill Library temporary closure

Published Monday, 8th May 2017

Catshill public library will be closed from Monday 29 May to allow urgent and essential maintenance to the water system to take place on the site, and will reopen on Monday 5 June.

Adjustments will be made to ensure that customers are not charged for items due back that week.

Nicki Hitchcock, Library Manager, said: "We apologise for any inconvenience resulting from the temporary closure of Catshill Library. The works being carried out are essential and will disrupt the water supply to the library.

"For the duration of the closure, customers can visit our libraries in nearby Bromsgrove and Rubery, or use the Libraries website to renew or reserve books, search the catalogue or access our e-resources. We thank our customers for their patience and look forward to seeing them again on Monday 5 June."
