Welcome to The Commandery
The Commandery is a Grade I listed building in the heart of historic Worcester.
Encounter the past brought to life in a beautiful building with an 800 year history, most famous for being the Royalist Headquarters during the deciding battle of the English Civil War – the Battle of Worcester 1651.
With a full programme of activities and events throughout the year, and with its own gardens and nearby Fort Royal Park, the site makes for an ideal family visit.
For free entry, please make sure that you bring your council tax bill for proof of residency.
