Here2Help is a community action response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)
There are many vulnerable people in our community who have to self-isolate. This site provides a central location for the vulnerable who are unable to seek help from family, friends and neighbours. You can request help, volunteer to help and find useful resources.

Vulnerable and in need of help?
There are and will continue to be many people in our communities who will be self isolating at home due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
If you are vulnerable and need help during this difficult time and would like to be contacted by a helper or volunteer, please complete this form.
Please only complete this form if you need help over the coming days and we will aim to get back within 48 hours.

We’re already receiving kind offers of help and support from individuals, groups and businesses across Worcestershire.
We would love to hear from you if you have any goods and services that you wish to donate.
Help for those without the internet
A phone number has been set up to help those who can’t access the internet, to help them fill out the form. The dedicated number is: 01905 768053.
This can be used Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.
Residents who have received an NHS letter
Residents who have received a letter from the NHS asking them to self-isolate for 12 weeks and are deemed extremely vulnerable can also use this number 01905 768053 to request help with care, medicine and support with daily living.

Healthwatch Worcestershire would like as many people as possible to share their feedback of accessing information and health and care services during the Coronavirus outbreak.
