Bullying can happen anywhere and be about anything. If you are being bullied it can affect every aspect of your life and make your time at home, school and with friends and family very difficult. - building your confidence by trying new things, writing down what you like about yourself or doing something nice for someone else
- practice standing up for yourself without being rude or pushy – write down what you want to say and practise saying it
- block the bully on your phone or social media sites or change the way you walk home to avoid coming in to contact with them
- tell someone you trust about what's happening – either a friend, family member, teacher or other adult, it will make you feel better just getting it off your chest and there may be ways they can help
