Keeping you informed about highways
We work to maintain and enhance the condition of roads, verges, pavements, road signs and road markings, street furniture, street lighting and bridges are also maintained by Worcestershire County Council and we invest in our network to maintain it for users of today and tomorrow. A key priority is to ensure the highway network is in a safe condition for members of the public and to minimise inconvenience caused, where reasonably practicable.
From 1 January to 31 December 2018, we fixed 27,487 reported defects. You may wish to see how we are doing on every six months through our balanced scorecard results and see what members of the public think about our services in our annual local resident's survey called Viewpoint. We also take part in the annual National Highways and Transport (NHT) (External link opens in a new window) survey which looks at public satisfaction on a national basis.
If you wish to report a problem with the highways network then please let us know.
