Carers Strategy Consultation
The Carers Strategy for Worcestershire Carers at the Heart of Families and Communities 2010-2014 is being refreshed. Please read the draft strategy and - using the questionnaire provided - give us your comments and thoughts. You can also complete the questionnaire and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or print the questionnaire off, complete and send to Martin Heuter, Worcestershire County Council, Integrated Commissioning Unit, County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcestershire, WR52NP. You can also complete this survey online. Completed questionnaires need to be submitted by 8th March 2015.
