Concessionary Bus Pass Renewals and Changes

Renew or amend your concessionary bus pass online

Passes due to expire, or have been lost, damaged or stolen

If your National Travel Pass is due to expire within the next three months you can apply online, choose the relevant option to your enquiry. 

If your pass is due to expire within the next three months then you can apply online, choose the relevant option to your enquiry.

Enter your 18 digit Concessionary Travel Pass number where indicated. This number can be found alongside your photograph (as shown in the photograph below):

You will be given the option to update your photograph during the online application.  If you do wish to update your photograph then you will be asked to upload a passport style photograph (help on uploading a photograph is provided within the application or see our 'Photo Upload Help' page).  If you are unable to upload your photograph then you can post a new photo to us, postal details are available at the end of this page. Please be aware that posting your photo may delay the processing of your application.

Change of name and or address, or you no longer require your pass

Let us know by applying online and selecting the relevant link.

If you are changing your name then we will need to send you a new pass meaning you will have the option to replace your photograph, help on uploading a photograph is provided within the application or see our 'Photo Upload Help' page.  If you are unable to upload your photograph then you can post a new photo to us, postal details are available at the end of this page. Please be aware that posting your photo may delay the processing of your application.

If you are unable to submit your photograph or evidence online

Please clearly write the online reference number (which you will receive on completion of your online application) on the reverse of all correspondence along with your name and postcode. Please post to:

What Happens Next?

Once you have completed the online renewal process you should receive your new pass through the post within 28 days of the date that you renewed. Please use your new pass once received and securely dispose of your old pass.

Problems using your pass?

In a small number of cases across Worcestershire, some Concessionary Travel Passes issued since September 2012 are being rejected by ticket machines on the buses.
