The files available list land and buildings owned (freehold or leasehold) or used under other legal agreement by Worcestershire County Council.

The list does not include the following:

  • properties from which council-related services are managed or delivered and in which the County Council has no legal interest – e.g. foundation and some Voluntary Aided schools
  • houses tenanted by individuals
  • highways infrastructure such as roads, pavements, bus shelters and cycle-ways; records of assets held for Highways purposes are currently being reviewed, and any which are found not to be subject to public rights will be added to the list in due course, in accordance with the Transparency Code
  • other non-property assets such as vehicles or IT

Parking Revenues

Senior Salaries

The following details are provided within the Council's published annual within the notes to the Statement of Accounts, (see section Officers Remuneration):

  • the number of employees whose remuneration in that year was at least £50,000 in brackets of £5,000
  • details of remuneration and job title of certain senior employees whose salary is at least £50,000, and
  • employees whose salaries are £150,000 or more must also be identified by name.
