Transport Applications

2017 to 2018 Applications: While we deal with these as quickly as possible, it should be noted that it can take 20 working days to process. (Please note that applications for September, received after the 31 of July 2017 are classed as late applications and will be processed within normal timescales).

You should be able to see your application on the Application Tracker 24 hours after submitting it, but please note that you will not be able to see any updates until the end of June or the beginning of July.  

We are unable to provide any updates until this time. 

ONLY make a payment for travel assistance when one has been requested.

Autumn Term Pass Printing

Passes are being printed on a regular basis and are sent out via First Class post.

Direct Debit Scheme 2017 to 2018

You are no longer able to join the Direct Debit Scheme for the Autumn Term.  However, you will be able to join again for the Spring Term, when renewal letters are sent out in November.

Re-applying for travel assistance

You do not need to re-apply unless any of the following circumstances are applicable to you:

  • You have moved house since your last application
  • You will be changing school since your last application
  • You will be moving into post 16 education.
