School Grounds Services
Bishops Wood Centre staff have much experience of working with school communities, architects and landscape contractors. We also supervise projects in schools so that children and teachers can be involved in all aspects of school grounds design and development.
At Bishops Wood Centre a number of courses are offered as part of Worcestershire County Council INSET training to teachers in the County.
The list below shows the various areas our work covers:

- Advice and consultation in all aspects of development of School Grounds
- In Service Training on how to involve children in developing School Grounds
- Plans and Designs for the whole school estate and individual features
- Project Management
- Supervision of practical projects involving children, including
- Tree and shrub planting
- Constructing a pond
- Willow structures and sculptures
- Maintenance of existing projects
- Constructing specific features for the grounds
- Planting, plans and recommendations of plants for specific sites
- Supply of trees, shrubs, herbs, etc at wholesale prices
- Advice for obtaining funding and completing grant application
