Everybody can take action to reduce electricity use at home. Find out how to Save Electricity at Home If everyone in the Switch It Off region (Worcestershire, Warwickshire & Coventry) followed these tips, we'd save around £1 MILLION a week! You can also Carry out a Home Energy Check to see where you can Save Energy, Save Money, Save the Environment. or call your local Energy Efficiency Advice Centre on 0800 512012 for free and impartial advice on saving energy at home, including details of grants and offers available. |

Download our simple Switch It Off Home Energy Check and find out how much energy you can save by switching off unused lights and appliance in your home. Why not email us to tell us how much you saved- we'd love to hear from you!
A family form each district of Worcestershire have been supplied with a wireless electricity monitoring kit. This measures the power used by different appliances in the home and displays this on a small portable screen. The families will keep a diary (186.54 KB) during Switch It Off Week, where they'll discover the impact of switching off unused lights and appliances. Watch this space to find out how they got on!
