Property Services are responsible for the comprehensive management of the Council's property portfolio in the broadest sense. We provide an effective and efficient service to all directorates of the County Council by:

• giving strategic property advice to the Body Corporate and all Service Directorates on all property issues.
• matching people to property and thus satisfying front line service needs.
• designing and maintaining buildings to meet those service requirements and needs.
• managing the property estate by acquisitions, disposals and leases.
• advising and supporting building users.
