What happens if my card is lost or stolen?

If a card is stolen, a free card can usually be obtained if you report the incident to the police and provide the County Council with a valid crime reference number.

If a card is lost we can normally replace this for a charge of £20.00. Cheques should be made payable to Worcestershire County Council and sent to:

Worcestershire County Council
County Hall
Spetchley Road

along with a covering note to identify the student.

If a card becomes unreadable a replacement will be required. Please note there is normally a limit of one replacement card per term.

How do I renew my card each term?

There's no need to re-apply each term. We'll send out a payment request letter in advance and, as soon as we've received your payment, we'll send out your replacement card for the next term. If you don't want the card for the following term, simply return the reply slip on the payment request letter to let us know.

Or why not pay annually and enjoy a discount?
