Welcome to The Revenue Section Homepage

The Revenue Section is part of the Exchequer Division of the Financial Services Directorate. It is based in the Wildwood office on the County Hall Campus and is responsible for:

• Processing invoices and paying creditors of the Council
• Processing and administering debtor accounts
• Facilitating debt recovery and management
• Reconciliation and coding of central bank income and centrally received income
• Creation of Vendor & Customer Master Records
• Completing statutory returns as required
• Carrying out the dispatch requirements of Exchequer

Operational Structure:

The Revenue Team is currently being jointly managed by Nicky Hardman and Ruth Semper who lead the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams respectively.

Kate Evans is the Customer Relations and Development Officer for the Revenue Section.

Kate, Nicky and Ruth report to Charles Cox, the Exchequer Manager.

Accounts Payable Team
Ruth Semper leads the Accounts Payable Team and ensures the correct and timely payment of invoices to suppliers, and handles enquiries from creditors. Ruth's team also deals with the creation and maintenance of Vendor and Customer master records.

Accounts Receivable Team
Nicky Hardman leads the Accounts Receivable Team and operates debt recovery procedures to ensure collection of income due to the Council. The team is also responsible for coding of central bank income and centrally received income. Nicky's team also deals with queries from customers regarding debtor invoices and covers dispatch arrangements for Exchequer.
