Team Building Sessions & Conference Breaks

For a memorable day escape from the meeting room and include a Team Building session at Upton Warren OEC

	Opening a window for a bit of fresh air often helps people stay awake during meetings; regular breaks and refreshments also help people concentrate.
Escape from the meeting room and we can promise that any meeting that includes a break at Upton Warren Outdoor  Education Centre will be a meeting that is long remembered.
	Activities available include a range of Team Building Initiative Exercises, traditional Water Sports or, for the braver groups, a chance to try our High Poles Course and Climbing Tower.

A  two to three hour activity session designed to challenge both individuals and aid Team Development can be incorporated into your day. Alternatively, a full day of activities could be used to break up longer Conferences.

All activities will be led by experienced Instructors from the Centre who will encourage and instruct participants, without forcing them to undertake anything they are unwilling to do.
	In addition to their training and qualifications to supervise the activities all the staff are First Aid trained and will monitor the safety of participants throughout sessions.

Room hire for Meetings and workshops

The Centre has a meeting room overlooking the Lake. Suitable for groups of 15 - 20 for conferences or lectures to + 40 the room is fully equipped with Projector and Plasma screens.
	An adjoining seminar room provides break out space for small discussions and the serving of refreshments. Buffet lunches for longer meetings are available.
