Tenbury Wells Customer Service Centre

To increase our ability to deal with our customer enquiries, the Tenbury Wells Customer Service Centre has relocated to the refurbished Tenbury Wells library building. As well as offering access to a wider range of council services, there are also private interviewing facilities on-site for customers.

Our priority is to provide a single point of contact for any council related enquiry.

Meeting rooms availability:

Assembly Rooms - The Pump Rooms, Tenbury Wells
Tenbury Wells Library - small meeting room to accomodate 4-6 occupants. No charge for hire. Call for further information.

Surgeries:

A Development Control and Building Control surgery is held at the Tenbury Wells Customer Service Centre every other Tuesday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
