Evergreen Children’s Centre provides services to all families with a child under 5 of years of age, within Malvern Link and the surrounding areas.

Everyone's welcome (parents-to-be, mums, dads, grandparents, carers, and childminders)

We are open Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

We are located in the heart of Malvern Link on the corner of Worcester Road (A449) and Cromwell Road (opposite HSBC bank).

There is plenty of on-street parking nearby. 

Public Transport: Malvern Link train station is in close walking distance. We are also served by bus routes: 45, 44, 44A, 362 and 363.

Volunteer Opportunities

Come and join in the fun at our stay and play sessions as a Children’s Centre Volunteer!

Purpose of opportunity: to support group activities for families with children under 5 years who access the Children's Centre. To support with administration or reception duties.

Key activities: the role may include administration or reception duties and/or a range of activities around supporting the families using the centre. Activities take place within the centre or at out-reach locations within the local area.

Period: ongoing - minimum commitment is 3 months.

Days/hours: days and hours are flexible.

Attitude/skills/knowledge required: candidates should have good communication skills, good sense of humour and a flexible approach to working with families and young children. Administration experience is desirable, but not essential. Please note that volunteers will be subject to a Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) check. Training, support or other benefits available: all volunteers will receive training and support: Health & Safety; Safeguarding and Protecting; Managing Diversity.
