Workforce Practice Development

The Integrated Working Programme (Incorporating Common Assessment Framework) focuses on enabling and encouraging professionals to work together and to adopt common processes to deliver frontline services, coordinated and built around the needs of children and young people.

Early Intervention Budget

The Early Intervention Budget is designed to meet lower level needs as part of the early intervention/prevention agenda.

The Think Family approach is being developed in Worcestershire so that everyone who works with a family, or the people in that family, can provide the right support at the right time.

The concept Parents and Practitioners Working in Partnership to plan services for children and young people with additional needs is high on the political agenda.
