Worcestershire Children and Young People's Plan (CYPP)

The Children and Young People's Plan is produced jointly by the
local authority and all relevant partners. The purpose of the Plan
is to co-ordinate integrated and effective services across partners
to improve outcomes for children and young people.
The Worcestershire Children
and Young People's Plan 2011-2014 has now been
published. It sets out a shared vision to make life better for
children and young people. The Plan covers all children and young
people from 0-19 and some young people such as those with learning
difficulties and care leavers, up to the age of 24.
This Plan has been produced by the Children's
Trust, which brings together the people who are responsible
for services for children, young people and their families.
