Worcestershire Infrastructure Consortium (WIC)

The Worcestershire Infrastructure Consortium often referred to as 'WIC' is made up of 12 organisations including the volunteering networks for each of the districts in the county. The aim of the consortium is "to make sure that all VCS organisations in Worcestershire can access the support and services they need to achieve their aims." As a result, through the Business Support Hub, WIC offers business support across a wide variety of issues to groups across the county. This includes one to one support, online toolkits and fact sheets, e bulletins and funding and training opportunities for groups to name a few. Roots HR CIC

Roots HR CIC is a social enterprise based in Kidderminster and the first and only not-for-profit human resources services provider in the UK.

Founded in January ’09 by Jan Golding Chartered FCIPD, Roots HR delivers high quality, tailored human resources to small and medium-sized charities, voluntary/community groups and other not-for-profit organisations with limited in-house HR expertise.
