What Worcestershire Trading Standards can offer

Worcestershire based Schools/
Colleges/University - We are happy to offer information on
both civil and criminal consumer legislation, based around
contract law, to help students understand their consumer rights and
resolve a wide range of issues which may also be relevant within
the Citizenship curriculum.
Worcestershire Voluntary Groups - If your
Group is being affected by "Scams" either goods or services and
would like an officer to come along and talk to you about these
issues.
Or if we can help by providing information or do a talk on
"Knowing your rights", "How to complain on defective goods or
services", "Doorstep sellers", "Buying on the internet" and
