The officers in our Advice & Education team are
trained in contract and consumer law and can provide additional
advanced advice and guidance on a range of consumer issues
including faulty goods, cancellation rights, holidays, credit
agreements, etc.

Where issues are of a serious nature or breach criminal
legislation, we may pass your complaint on to our Enforcement
team for further investigation.

The European Consumer Centre for
Services (ECCS) provides general information on consumer law
and rights when buying services across the European Union, as well
as contact details for organisations that could provide practical
assistance in case of a dispute.
