There are lots of opportunities to learn online, from formal education through distance learning to informal fact finding.

A wide range of outdoor learning activities are also available. Green wood working, forest survival skills and environmental arts & crafts are just some of the themes on offer.

Outdoor Learning

Outdoor learning has a key role to play in helping us to live more sustainably.

Open University - offer a variety of environment related courses at Undergraduate and Postgraduate level as Diplomas, Degrees and Taught Masters Degrees.

Oxfam - Cool Planet is intended for teachers in the UK and their students. The website has support and resources for teachers to help bring global issues into the classroom.

World Wildlife Federation -
