kettles, lights and televisions to name a

you to stop using them, but helping you to use them more
efficiently.
Our Top

How Much Money can I save?
Have you ever wondered how much money you can save by being more
energy efficient?
To illustrate the savings you can make we have created the
interactive Energy Saving House working in partnership
with Warwickshire County Council and Coventry City
Council.
The Switch It Off Family Challenge
A family from each district of Worcestershire have been supplied
with a wireless electricity monitoring kit. This measures the power
used by different appliances in the home and displays this on a
small portable screen.
The families will keep a Diary during
Switch It Off Week, where they'll discover the impact of switching
off unused lights and appliances.
Join in!
It's easy to join in with the family challenge, all you need is
an energy monitor and the Family
Challenge Diary. You can purchase an energy monitor from
any home wares/DIY shop for as little as £25! You can
also rent them from your local library.
Or you could just download our simple
Switch It Off Home Energy Check and find out how much
energy you can save by switching off unused lights and appliances
in your home. Why not email us to tell us
how much you saved?
